For over ten years we have been selecting land in prime
locations on the island of Kefallonia to build villas for rental or sale. We
undertake all the necessary work, from the purchase of the land to final
landscaping, i.e. legal work, designing, building, internal and external
decoration, rental and maintenance.
Experience
We are agents for specialist tour operators such as
Thomson Villas, Something Special and Simply Travel. Being owners of holiday
accommodation ourselves we have a vast experience which can be drawn on when it
comes to decisions involving location, design, finishing and maintenance.
History
Over the past ten years we have built up a large portfolio
of villas, which we either own ourselves, or rent and maintain for third parties.
Standards
We select our land according to certain standards and
criteria, i.e. each plot must have outstanding, undisturbed views. Whilst being
located in a resort a great deal of emphasisis placed on quietness and privacy,
yet still having proximity to the beach, shops and tavernas.
All our villas are built to a high standard, with all bedrooms en-suite, air-conditioning,
pool, jacuzzi, BBQ facilities and landscaped gardens.
