Waterpark Of America For Big Water Fun

If you have ever spent time or lived outside of the States you know that America has a reputation for doing things BIG. There are big cars, big hamburgers and big shopping malls. You name it, America probably does it big. This is true of water parks, too.

The Waterpark of America is the largest indoor water park in the United States. It is designed for fun for children of all ages and will bring out the child in anyone. There are many water attractions that will have everyone excited and having fun from the get go all through to the end of the day.

There is much to do at the water park. There are many different water slides you can go down for different types of adventures. The Eagle’s nest is a huge spiraling and turning tube ride that is a blast. There are other body rides and speed slides that will take your breath away.

There is also an excellent rafting ride. This ride is the longest indoor rafting ride. You can hop on a raft with your family or a group of friends and experience one mile of adventure going up to ten stories high!

There is a FlowRider surf simulator that gives you the chance to catch a wave in a safe environment. And you don’t have to sit around waiting for that perfect wave to come in. You get a great one every time!

There is a wave pool you can enjoy with teenagers and younger kids alike. And everyone will enjoy the lazy river that takes you around the park and gives you a chance to rest from all the fun and excitement you may have overloaded on in this incredible water park.

There is a kid’s section called Fort Snelling where the little kids can enjoy milder but fun slides and can climb, play and explore. The water here is shallow and equipment is soft and safe to help your child enjoy themselves without you having to worry too much about them.

Waterpark of America is located near the mall of America. It is an excellent location. If you decide to stay in the Radisson Bloomington hotel you will find yourself conveniently situated to enjoy the water park, the mall and even within close proximity to the zoo and other key attractions.

Also, if you stay in the hotel you will find that the water park is open only to hotel guest for the first hour of every day. This means that you get a chance to ride your favorite slide and enjoy yourself before the park is open to the public and lines start to get longer.
